Job Summary
Experienced Chef de Partie required to join Kitchen team for busy Dublin 12 Restaurant and Bar. Candidate would be responsible for prep and helping with Carvery service during the day, then preparing and fulfilling bar food menu orders in the evening and Weekends.

We serve food 7 Days a Week, with a Carvery everyday until lunchtime, then a Bar Menu running for the evening. The Working Days are generally 4 Days on 3 Days off per week, with Food service finishing at 9pm every night.
Work Days and Hours are flexible, and Competitive Salary for right Candidate.
Hourly Rates also for Part-Time Candidates.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must have relevant experience working in fast paced kitchen and cook to order environment, Carvery experience also a plus. Knowledge and ability to prepare all food in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
